Run for Hope 5K for Clean Water in Ethiopia
Run for Hawassa Hope 5K: Join Virtually
There is something powerful about taking a simple step and turning it into hope. This year, we are inviting you to be part of our Run for Hawassa Hope 5K, an event that helps bring clean, safe water to communities in Ethiopia.
Whether you are near Claremont, California, or cheering from across the country, you can participate. You can run, walk, push a stroller, or gather friends and make it a shared moment. Every registration helps move us closer to the next clean water project.
How to participate
You have two easy options:
- Join in person in Claremont, CA
- Join virtually from anywhere and complete your 5K on your own route, on your own schedule
No matter how you participate, you are part of the same mission. Clean water changes everything, including health, school attendance, safety, and daily dignity.
Registration is just $10!
Want to multiply the impact? Invite a few friends to register with you, or turn your virtual 5K into a small group event. Be sure to take a selfie and tag Hawassa Hope!
We also love partnering with college students and campus groups who want to raise funds for clean water. If you are a student, part of a club, or connected to a campus community, we can help you create a simple plan to fundraise and share the story.
