Trips to Ethiopia can be physically demanding. The flights are 13 hrs on the way there, 17 hrs on the way home. The time change can also be hard on the body. Ethiopia has high altitude and the air can filled with smoke and exhaust. The days can be long and filled with bumpy car travel and walking through uneven fields. While it's an adventure, we want people to be healthy and safe. Please consider this and if there is any question about your health, please consult with your physician.
