Hawassa Hope is a small team with a big mission. Our Executive Director, Charisa Knight, is our only full time US employee. Two part-time team members have their hours donated by a local business. All other employees are locals in Ethiopia working long hours doing amazing work. We keep overhead low so your generosity can go further.
