BE HOPE WITH HAWASSA HOPE

When you give to Hawassa Hope, you are stepping into long-term relationships with children and families in Ethiopia. Together, we are supporting 380+ children through sponsorship, completing 24+ clean water projects that serve entire communities for decades, and helping 875+ vulnerable pregnant women with nutrition and care.

I have been a supporter of Hawassa Hope for several years. I also had the privilege of joining them on one of their visits to Ethiopia this past year. This nonprofit is everything you would hope it to be. They are intentional in every way possible. The funds are used wisely and prayerfully. They incorporate the wisdom of local leaders in decision making and whenever possible, they go above and beyond in the care and compassion that is needed to support and love on families in need. This organization works hard to know and value each recipient family personally. They communicate regularly with supporters with updates and needs. Every smile, every thank you, every song and every hug is well deserved by these dedicated workers. HH has made a huge impact on the communities they serve and has changed individual lives for the better. Thank you Hawassa Hope for all you do.

The people at Hawassa Hope walk their talk and then some. Going to visit the families and children without families in Ethiopia gives me courage and energy to continue my work with people in need here in the USA. Seeing how the families persevere and how the people of Hawassa Hope bring hope in the form of money, support, food, and care to the poorest families in the region makes me want to participate. Being able to meet the individuals who manage the program and bring the support to families gives me 100% confident that it’s a good investment in humanity.
